100% outpatient Primary Care opening in Jacksonville, FL area.
- FQHC setting with a new clinic location in suburbs of Jacksonville, FL.
- Work with 3 other providers. Phone call for own patients or can arrange in a call group. There is an LPN triage line that handles most calls.
- Ideal candidate will see all ages but open to Internal Medicine training as well.
- Base salary range of $200K+ depending on experience. Salary increases each year based on performance.
- Quarterly bonus incentives based on RVU s.
- Expected to see 20 patients per day. Will expect to see 18/day in first year and ramp up to 20.
- Relocation allowance. 4 weeks of PTO plus 11 paid holidays and 40 hours of CME plus allowance.

- Expect around 20 minutes of administrative time per day.
- Schedule is Monday Friday with 8 Saturday shifts per year from 8 am noon (additional compensation)
- Physicians do supervise APP s, but new grads will not do this for the initial 12-18 months.
